FAQ’s

Clients will receive a much more detailed welcome packet once your session is booked!  But here are a few commonly asked questions:

 

What are our location choices?
There are several great outdoor locations I can recommend, from gardens to parks to an urban city feel. Or, if you know of a place, please mention it to me at least two weeks before our session so I can scope it out!

Can I bring my dog(s)?
Of course, as long as the location allows dogs! All dogs must be leashed according to the location guidelines. Please bring treats, toys, balls, squeaky toys, or whatever helps to get their attention.

What is a typical session like?
A typical session lasts approximately 60-90 minutes at an outdoor location. I will capture some posed portraits and some candid, natural moments. Please let me know before your session if there are certain poses or groupings of family members that you want included.

What happens if it rains?
I will watch the weather carefully leading up to your session, but if it does rain, we can reschedule the session for a later date. Please keep my cell phone number handy: 630-849-3955.

How do I receive my images?
I will e-mail you a password-protected online gallery link, approximately three to four weeks after your session (with the option to purchase items from my professional photo lab).  This online gallery is available for two months and can be shared with friends and family.

Can I order professional prints and products from you?

Of course!  We have dozens of print sizes, gallery wrapped canvases, custom photo books, and awesome professional products to choose from.  You can even order from me after your gallery has expired.
