On the blog today is A, Kaneland Class of 2018!! For Kaneland High School seniors, their high school senior portraits can take place in locations such as Elburn, Maple Park, and Sugar Grove in Kane County, IL (where many Kaneland students live), or we can head east or west for a short drive and find some great spots to choose from. And this is just what we did for the first part of A’s senior session in August of his senior year, right before school started!
The second part of A’s session was at a Kaneland Knights home football game in the fall of his senior year, to capture A as drum major for the awesome Kaneland Knights Marching Band. As a former marching band member and flute player for Marian Catholic High School, I was thrilled to be able to document a little bit of this big part of A’s high school years for him. These are memories that he and his parents can look back on for many years to come! I still pull out my marching band photos and videos to this day. I only wish I had more! The weather was great on this fall evening and we had a gorgeous colorful sunset pop up for just a few short minutes.
It has been great watching A grow into such a nice, hard-working, funny, and intelligent young man over the years. A, your future is bright and I know you will make your parents proud! Can’t wait to see where this next chapter takes you!
